I mostly just work, watch Netflix, clean, take care of my pup, go to movies, out to eat with family and friends, go to the gym, nothing crazy. Not into any drugs including weed. House is Clean, kept up and on 3 acres, all appliances are included, high speed internet is included. Just pay rent on time and be respectful. Super quiet area, neighbors, 2 bonfire pits, patio, tons of parking! Prefer a male, any age who has a job and/or is in school and is also clean, drug free and polite as well.
