There will be three roommates total in the three bedroom house(including myself). Super close to Thornton and Northglenn only minutes away, and trust me I’m from there and would never move far away lol. Also close to Frederick, Firestone, and Erie all min or less away! Denver is only min away! There is lots of open space around that has great walking paths in this Neighborhood. Park is right across the street from the house. Lots of walking paths in the neighborhood. Safeway is super close. Coyote creek golf course is only 2 min away of that. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Each room is rented individually and you'd have shared common areas ( living room, backyard, and kitchen.) ****** I CAN Furnish ROOM IF NEEDED 😁******NO pets sorry because I already have two dogs who are Labrador retrievers and super friendly Room rental will require a security deposit of one month rent.
