Centrally located we are fifteen minutes to SunCity - twenty minutes to the Brandon mall - thirty minutes to USF or Tampa - forty minutes to Bradenton - fifty minutes to SarasotaWe rent on a month to month basis. As long as we are both happy with our agreement you are able to stay as long or short as you like.Upstairs Room Available: May You would have 4 roommates & share a full bath with one other renter. Each with your own sink and cupboard space!For only $ per month, you will receive a large, furnished, private room a semi-private bath. (shared with 1 other renter) Your Room has: a Queen sized bed, desk, desk chair, large closet and dresser, ceiling fan, touch lamp, canvas wall hanging print, built-in charging ports, and carpet. (If you have your own furniture & want an unfurnished room we can accommodate you.) The Blue Room has a walk in closet, Includes: electric, water, sewer, trash, A/C, internet/wifi, & fridge space. Access to: the Laundry room, kitchen, dining room, family room, game room, library, screened porch, large backyard & garden. Parking: for 1 car in the driveway available. Pets: Owner does have indoor cats, & an outdoor rabbit for you to love upon. We do Not accept other pets,No smoking, Drama, parties, or overnight guests.
