I’m a very clean and quiet person who loves reading on her off days. I’m looking for someone who isn’t too loud and keeps a clean environment. I don’t mind pets but I don’t have a backdoor leading to the backyard for those who do have dogs, just a side gate that leads to the backyard. I also don’t smoke and would prefer someone who doesn’t as well. The room is furnished with the items in the photos but if you would like to use your own stuff I can remove them.
