Ranch style house on a quiet road. The room is the master bedroom so is larger, measuring . Backed up to a park with a walking path, grocery stores within a mile. A large fenced in back yard makes this a good space for someone with a dog.(additional $/month) The room is mostly unfurnished but has a dresser for use. On- laundry in the basement. Utilities are split (gas, electric, water) with internet included. Roommate must be very clean and respectful.
