Libre dès le premier mai près de Lausanne, Renens, Crissier, Ecublens, où se trouve l’UNIL et l’EPFL, mn en train ou mn en voiture.Jolie chambre indépendante, toute rénovée avec des meubles neufs, dans une villa, au calme.Ce n’est pas une colocation, la chambre est vraiment indépendante.C’est une chambre pour une personne.Lit de cm, table de nuit, armoire, commode, bibliothèque ,bureau, sofa et petite table.Tout l’équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner se trouve dans la chambre.Commode avec de la vaisselle, des couverts et toute une panoplie de récipients pour cuisiner simplement.Une bouilloire, une machine à café, un four/micro-ondes multi usages , un cuiseur à vapeur, un air frayer et un frigo.Serviettes de bain, draps et duvet à disposition.(lavés par les propriétaires)Salle de douche/wc à partager avec un autre locataire, car nous louons deux chambres indépendantes du reste de la maison.Une lessive par semaine est comprise dans le prix.Le ménage de la chambre et de la salle de douche sont à votre charge.Chambre pour une personne non fumeuse.Petit coin de jardin à disposition, avec un petit grill.Pas d’animal accepté .Wifi à disposition et charges, poubelles, comprises dans le loyer.Train régional à 5mn à pied de la maison.Place de parc à disposition pour .- fr si avez une voiture, à discuter .
