About the Place:Bedroom available in a single-family home in the Pierpont area of West Ashley. It shares the hall bath with one other person. Room is unfurnished. You will have use of the entire property, except the garage and other bedrooms. We have high-speed internet, but no cable TV. There is no smoking inside the house, but outside smoking is ok. We keep a pretty quiet household. Great HVAC unit, but ew enjoy lots of open windows and fresh air during the Spring and Fall.
