I'm very quite and respectful, my daughter and girlfriend had to move to new jersey because of a medical issue and needing support from the family, I need to do nothing but work and go to the gym amd school for the next year, the owner amd property manager are absolutely amazing and you may be able to take over full lease when I move, you will need to pass a background check and a credit check, there can be high traffic and extended guest, mutual respect will have to be an absolute must it is my deposit on the place and that is a priority. This is a really good place if you need to work and have a nice place to stay and build up. The images have my daughters stuff when we just moved but I will add updated clean photos.
