We are looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease ending in October. There is a dollar application fee. We are 2 women looking for preferably another female to move in. The other tenant does have 2 cats but they stay in her room only. I work full time from home but I try my best to keep noise down. The other tenant is going to ASU full time and works part time.
