I’m the homeowner and will be one of your roommates occasionally when I'm not working in Chicago. All rooms are available starting July 1. The medium room is $/mo and the small room is $/mo. Prices include all utilities and fast internet. The target demographic for the house is professional male/female’s in their ’s. The house is fully furnished and complete bedroom furnishings are available as needed. There are no assigned bathrooms, but based on proximity each full bathroom would be shared between 2 people. There will always be another bathroom available in the house if the one closest to you is occupied. The kitchen is big and beautiful with plenty of storage, please help keep it and all other common areas clean! The entertainment area has a big screen TV set up. Free pool access is available anytime 5 minutes away at my other townhouse at McClintock and Baseline. I have a small truck and would be happy to help you with any moving! Two garage parking spaces are available on a first-come, first serve basis. Additional street parking is available in front of the house. Quiet hours are AM Sunday - Thursday and AM Weekends. Respecting quiet hours is very important given that the target demographic is young professionals who are serious about their careers. Periodic guests are welcome anytime of course but please no permanent guests or live-in partners and usually no guests home by themselves if you aren't. Sorry no dogs or cats but other small pets like reptiles and fish are ok. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and will be refunded per AZ laws if everything is clean and in prior condition.

One personal bedroom, personal access to the homes hall bathroom (as the only user outside of houseguest, cleanliness is your responsibility).Option 2: shared hall bathroom Bedroom 1: w/ larger closet Bedroom 2: w/ smaller closet Includes Wi-Fi. Water/trash/electric would be split 4 ways. One personal bedroom, shared hall bathroom between 2 roommates (as the only users outside of houseguests, cleanliness would be a shared responsibility). INCLUDED IN BOTH OPTIONS: Shared access to the kitchen (cleanliness would be a household responsibility), laundry room, and backyard area. Pets are not preferred but are welcome with a fifty $ per pet monthly pet fee in addition to the rent/utilities. First months rent and 6 hund. $ as a security deposit would be required before moving in. Hi, my name is Milly Routledge. I am years old. I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Redpoint Tempe, S Lindon Ln, Tempe, AZ, . Only about minutes from the Tempe ASU campus and has a free shuttle that goes back and forth. The lease is for July to July . A large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet in a 3 bedroom house that is right next to the office/shuttle stop and main entrance. $ per month (before utilities). My current roommates are not staying, so I don't know who will be assigned as the roommates as they are designated sometime in May usually. I moved in with my partner in January so I actually haven't been living there since then, but still pay the rent. If you needed to get in earlier than the new lease starts you totally could! I would just need to get my extra stuff out of there but that wouldn't be an issue! The room comes mostly furnished with-a bed, mattress, drawer dresser, desk, and chair. I have added four sets of shelves for extra storage and have two shoe racks, if you wanted to keep any of those you are welcome to those as well.Thanks! -Milly

Fully furnished room available with access to a full kitchen with every appliance one would want. Move in time would be mid-late July or August first. Utilities are included in the price of rent. About two and a half miles from ASU and two and a half miles from downtown Tempe. Would be living with myself (twenty four year old male) and my other roommate (twenty year old male) and we’re both from California. I am currently a graduate student and I work full time, and my roommate also works full time. We’re both pretty chill, and we enjoy video games and going to the local karaoke bar. FYI, the room will be repainted and new floors will be installed prior to you moving in.
