We share the home with our pets—a black lab mix named Appa and a shorthair cat named Diamond. Appa free-roams but usually stays near us. Diamond has his own room upstairs and roams only when Appa is away. Both are friendly, socialized, and fully our responsibility.We’re quiet, easygoing, into good food, and work most days. Evenings are usually spent cooking and winding down with a show. We’re -friendly (outdoor use only), and we value a calm, respectful home with open communication.We’re renting out a private, fully furnished bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The room includes a bedframe, mattress, desk, and wardrobe. You’ll also have access to the shared kitchen and living area on the same floor. We live upstairs with the laundry area (full-size washer/dryer), our bedroom, and the cat’s room.
