There is a gigantic living area with tons of comfy seating (3 recliners and a huge couch), and the VIP feature is a brand new, never used kitchenette. The kitchenette has new appliances (fridge & microwave with outside ventilation), there is no stove but there's tons of space for a counter top cooker and any other cooking appliances. The 2 biggest bedrooms in the house are in the basement, and the basement is a garden level meaning that it gets plenty of sunshine and you can see into the backyard from the basement. The biggest bedroom in the basement has a walk-in closet, the other room is large also and has plenty of closet space. All of the pictures are exact descriptions of what furniture and decore is in the home, available for your personal use.I’m interested in renting on a month-to-month basis to ensure we are a good fit, and because I will most likely be selling the home in Spring 2025. The home is currently listed for sale, however I’ve had 8 viewings in 10 months of listing, so most likely you will not be disturbed by any viewing requests. However, I’m a fair person and can include some rent kick backs in your leasing agreement should you be inconvenienced by a showing request.
