Hello, I'm a Physics grad student, new to this side of the country, and I'm looking for a roommate who’s clean, chill, and doesn’t have pets. I’m currently apartment hunting and hoping to find a two bedroom place, ideally with two bathrooms, but I’m open to sharing one if it comes down to it. Since I am apartment hunting, I don't mind leasing together. I’m pretty flexible overall, but I really value clear communication and mutual respect. Shared spaces like the kitchen and living room should be kept clean, we can each do whatever in our own rooms, but I think common areas should feel comfortable for both of us.I'm hoping to find a spot that’s easy to get to campus by bus or walking.
