Some more details about the living situation: I have two friendly dogs and per the lease agreement they are the only two pets allowed. I would prefer to have a female roommate and would love to potentially become friends! We each get two rooms and an office. I am happy to work through typical roommate conversations and am pretty easy going. I have average cleanliness as I like to keep the house tidy but not necessarily always spotless. I am renting a room in my house in Thornton. Price includes utilities! I have one medium sized, well behaved dog that would love a furry friend! I work from home and currently have my desk in the living room but am happy to move it to my bedroom if needed.
