I have a large owners suite with a private bathroom and walk in custom closet. You will be co-living with 2 mature adults and have use of the house to include kitchen, family room, furnished back deck and ample off-street parking. Seeking mature, respectful, responsible, friendly, working, or retired adult with their own transportation. Room currently has king sized bed with linens, new carpet, and recently painted. Onsite laundry room and all utilities will be included. The room includes a mounted flat screen TV. If, two people want to share, we can accommodate the room with 2 full sized beds but the rate will be different. That can be discussed. Sometimes, 2 friends or siblings may want to share a common room together. It's spacious.
