Also, the large, 2-car garage has additional storage space for personal items.- The lease is month-to-month (negotiable); - Utilities are a flat-rate per month (may fluctuate depending on usage);- Pets allowed but must be confined to room due to potential conflicts between pets of roommates, or negotiated with the other residents; - No parties.
