Available in September. Beautiful split-level with two private entrances. Right off hwy min to Troutdale, min to downtown Portland, min yo PDX airport, and min to Hood River. Your entrance would be the lower level. The room has a full walk in closet and half bath (main bathroom with shower upstairs). Storage shelving and a one-person sauna (shared) is next to stairwell. If you have a pup there’s a doggy door next to stairwell that extends out to a covered fenced-in dog patio. A shed (ten by ten) next to the house would be all yours and provide ample storage room. The washer and dryer is located in a large closet in the room. The shared kitchen is upstairs including dish washer, microwave, two ovens, refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space for food and small appliances. The upstairs deck with bbq (shared) and lower level patio have a nice view of the Columbia Gorge. I love to kayak, so bonus points for you’re an adventurer. The house is also equidistant to Sandy Delta dog park and Rooster Rock - two great dog parks about 4min drive each way from the house. Both dogs and cats are welcomed. Utilities fluctuate depending on the season. Electric heaters only with no air conditioning, however the house is north facing and really cool in the summers. Internet and garbage are the only other utilities. Water is included in the rent.
