The garage and shed provide plenty of room for storage of and tinkering on cars, motorcycles, dirt bikes, bikes, etc. There is an established sq. ft. vegetable and herb garden with irrigation, as well as a small fire pit. The backyard is fenced in with a gate that can be shut to keep in pets. The landlord is pet friendly (there is a refundable pet deposit) so the house is open to tenants with well trained pets. The house is partially furnished in the common areas; there is plenty of room for your furniture. The kitchen is well equipped if you enjoy cooking. I am looking for is roommates that are a good fit. There is a lot of space which is fantastic; the other side of that is that everyone needs to help out to keep the house and yard clean and feeling good. I am all about mutual respect, communication and taking accountability without taking things personally.
