You would share the restroom with a year old lady, two elderly shih Tzu and one young cat (all friendly and well behaved). The room is furnished with a bed and TV. There are two fridges and you can use the small fridge all to yourself. All that is required is tidiness and bed mattress will be vaccumed and cleaned every month. I will also provide comfortable bedding. There is a laundry mat service across the street and grocery store. The train station is a 7 minute walk and takes you to DTLA in less than minutes. No parking available for anyone in the complex, this is Korea town! You can purchase a monthly pass in nearby structures. Street parking and meter parking is mostly available mornings and early afternoon. Rent goes up 6% once a year. Please provide copy of ID and two contacts for referrals/ emergencies. I will also require signing of agreement that sublease is at will, with a three month notice to move out if necessary.
