One of the rooms has a north facing window which would be ideal for night shifters. The house is spacious with two living areas so it is easy to not step on one another. There is a shared kitchen but the pantry is large so you can have room for Costco hauls. This neighborhood is off Marksheffel so it is easy to get to the thoroughfares of Colorado Springs.
