This room can come partly furnished with a fullsize bed and desk/chair if needed. The rent includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water) and high speed internet. Full kitchen privileges and Pool to cool off during the summer. The room is priced for one person only. The room is not for dual occupancy. I have 1 male roommate that is a school teacher. I am near a Ralphs grocery store and shopping center and have easy access to 5 Fwy. Everyone is very easy to get along with. Their is a washer and dryer in the house. I have a long drive way so there is always plenty of parking . I also have one German Shepherd so you must not be allergic to dogs. You must be drug free. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping home. You must pass a background check.

I’m gonna add a picture once the room is cleared of my current roommates stuff. Rent amount includes utilities, parking, shared bathroom, living room area, kitchen, and furniture in room( bed, closet and cabinets). The house is also furnished, with 5 total people including myself. Sounds tight but there’s lots of room to spare and we all get along really well. Security deposit of $ is required, as well as three months of pay stubs.

Two easy going roommates, very clean, quiet and respectful , working during the week usually gone on the weekends, looking for someone that works out of the home preferably , no smoking, no overnight guests, somebody who’s clean and respectful. The room is for one person only available July ,gated community with 2 pools , basketball and tennis courts , we absolutely need somebody that’s quiet, clean and respectful. Refrigerator, Stove, microwave, dishwasher, private bathroom, parking garage, EV Charger, washer and dryer, internet, paid utilities, jacuzzi. pool, tennis court, basketball courts, a park across the street plenty of shopping, movie theatre, gas stations etc... not to far from here. I Love The Lord (not religion or religious) and I know that there is nothing more important to God than People!
