We have a room for rent upstairs in our bath house. Two women live downstairs in woman renter lives upstairs. The bathroom upstairs is shared by both. The house is friendly and quiet. It is not a party house or a dating app. We are all mature women and are hoping for someone who is a bit mature also. The three of us are all finished working and have the privilege of staying home now. We keep the place very tidy and expect everyone to do their part in keeping the house nice for everyone. We are all responsible for ourselves and do not clean up after each other or make community meals. The person who rents this room will need to be a clean and tidy person who is able to keep the shared bathroom and kitchen clean. We have 2 small dogs (poodle and chihuahua). We are willing to accept another dog under lbs with a pet deposit. The driveway is big enough for 4 vehicles. The yards are nice and the backyard is huge for hanging out and being in the outdoors with a covered back patio. The house sits on a cul-de-sac so not many cars ever drive by. You must be able to get along with everyone in the house and be respectful. Slobs need not apply. The rent is $ a month with a $ deposit. Pet deposit is $.
