Fine with Couples but rent will be $ instead.Internet and Trash is included but Water, Gas and Electric will be split evenly amongst us. I bought this house last year and live by myself. I am a clean and Organized guy and keep to myself for the most part. I work full time so I am out of the house most weekdays.
