You’ll also be just 6 minutes from the bay, 8 minutes from a large park, minutes from the nearest grocery store, and minutes from the beach—perfect for nature lovers or those who enjoy staying active.The apartment features a leather couch, full dining room set, and a well-equipped kitchen with stove tops, two ovens, and generous storage space. A dishwasher is also included for convenience. Laundry is tenant-owned but available for your use.You’ll have access to storage in your bedroom closet as well as a shared coat closet in the living room. Utilities are included (except internet), and parking is usually easy to find in the area. You have your own bathroom in the bedroom and there is also a half bath on the first floor. It has a backyard with trekking deck and a barbecue. With table and chairs ….the neighbors are great ….most of us have been here for years! It’s three blocks from the YMCA and 4 blocks from Stop and Shop. The room comes furnished and you will have use of the washer and dryer. There is no smoking in the house and no pets . Currently the pictures are not posted as I just got back from a day vacation .
