It’s a quiet, drama-free, and super clean space with a beautiful backyard garden. The room is a spacious master (), partly furnished with a queen bed and dresser, plus two closets. You’ll share the kitchen and bathroom, and utilities are included. Driveway parking is available. I’m a professional author and professor living on-, into healthy living, yoga, nature, and travel. The house is non-smoking, alcohol-free, and drug-free. Ideally, you’re clean, friendly, and work or study full-time offsite. Proof of income, first month’s rent, a security deposit, references, and an application are required.

I spend my free time either gardening in the backyard, doing school work (in grad school for MSW), or playing video games. I am clean and keep on top of my dishes and the cleanliness of the bathroom.
