The property is a lakeside condo with two bedrooms and close to square feet. There are lots of windows around the space, so you get plenty of light and view of the beautiful lake outside. There are bathrooms, and one shower in the space. A washing machine is included, and most of the space is already furnished. There is a large flatscreen TV and a patio including chairs and a table outside. The space includes AC. I am open to continuing to live in either bedroom. One is currently my office and I can make that my room if it is a deal breaker, the other bedroom is pretty large. There is a closet in the main bathroom which would need to be shared and the shower would need to be shared in that bathroom. It's an amazing place with really great features for a pretty low rental price. I hope to split then rent evenly alongside utilities bills which usually come out to $ a month. The community the condo is in has a great pool, a yacht club and tennis courts. The neighborhood is beautiful overall.
