Le tram Souillarderie est à moins de 5 minutes à pied, direction centre-ville en minutes top chrono ! 💪Plusieurs lignes de bus passent aussi dans le coin (…).L’appartement fait m² et comprend :3 chambres (chacune avec un lit double, bureau et dressing)Une cuisine spacieuse avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner tranquilleUn salon avec balcon pour chiller ou apéroUne salle de bain + WC séparésUne buanderie avec machine à laverEt même un lave-vaisselle pour préserver la paix :)Le loyer inclut tout : électricité, chauffage, fibre optique, eau, etc. Pas de mauvaise surprise à la fin du mois.Les chambres sont meublées, mais si t’as besoin de réorganiser ou changer quelques trucs, je suis carrément ouvert à en discuter. Le but, c’est que chacun se sente bien chez lui.Côté déco, l’appart est encore un peu simple pour l’instant (manque de plantes et de vie), mais c’est en cours ! Si tu as un petit côté créatif, on pourra penser ça ensemble !Moi c’est Antoine, ans, fromager (oui, y'a souvent du bon fromage à partager), et fan de jeux de société. Toujours chaud pour un apéro ou une partie quand on peut caler ça dans nos plannings.👌À savoir : l’appart est au 4e et dernier étage sans ascenseur. Faut aimer grimper un peu, mais au moins c’est calme, y'a personne au-dessus, et la vue est top !Si t’es intéressé.e, n’hésite pas à m’envoyer un petit message pour te présenter !
