The apartment is downtown, a 5 minute walk from st Henri metro station and a minute ride to Concordia SGW. There is a clothes washer and dryer, and a dishwasher in the unit for free. There is a front and back balcony. Also we are on the same block as 2 depanneurs and a close walk from an IGA, a Dollarama, a gym, and a park. Its a really nice place to live as it is close to a lot of amenities and things downtown but it is not too noisy or far from nature. We already have a good amount of furniture (futon, table, chairs, television, storage) and kitchen appliances (toaster oven, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher). We have one bathroom with a large spacious shower. The room available is the second largest and has a nice view of the sunset. Hydro and internet included in the price!
