It is bathroom x 1 toilet & laundry. There is a lot of outdoor space both at the front and back of the home. The room is $/week plus bills. Includes a built in wardrobe and bed. There is parking available near the mailbox. I don't have internet, however the tenant is welcome to connect it up. Upfront you will be required to pay 2 weeks rent ($), a bond ($ weeks rent), & $ (bills)in advance ) I will have a tenancy agreement to sign.I'm looking forward to meeting my future housemate.
