You would have your own room and a nice size closet. There is a shared bathroom with the 2nd roommate that I am looking for. The apartment is fully furnished besides the bedroom and bathrooms itself. Overall I just want someone who cleans up after themselves and is drama free. My apartment is bug free unless it flies in and I would really like to keep it that way. Both rooms are available for immediate move in and will be $ a month not including utilities. The utilities range between $ a month. The lease length can be a discussion we can have on whether you want to do 6 months or a year long thing. The rooms are pretty big and we do have an in-unit washer and dryer.
