Rooms for rent in Ashland, MO, USA

I have two upstairs bedrooms open, your choice on either one. Unfortunately will be sharing a bathroom. It’s a month for rent, after utilities it will add up to about or so. Room is open now and I want to get it rented by the first of April. It has myself and my dog whom is number 1 in my life. I have another person renting the downstairs bedroom and they have their own bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a dishwasher. Large living room which neither one of us use so you could probably do what you want with it. There is a garage for use if needed but I do park in it at night when I come home from work. I work quite a bit and if I am not at work I am at a gym or doing something with my friends or hiking. I do not drink or smoke and no drugs allowed. is acceptable as long as I don’t smell it or you keep it outside. Not looking for drama, both myself and the other individual are very quiet and don’t have any drama at all and I like that. Ashland is very quite and the neighborhood is super quite and chill.
