Rent will be per week.The bedroom will be unfurnished so you can bring your own furniture or if needed I can get a bed and mattress. There are some furniture in the common areas but if you'd like to bring something - you're welcome to it. There's an air con in the living room.Room is decent size and has a walk in wardrobe.Bathroom is shared between us so i would like someone who cleans after themselves.
