It’s like a studio room though, but it has it has a separator around it so it would be private as much as possible , and and it’s only me and my cat downstairs ( no room living room) so you would get the upstairs and the walk-in closet just fyi the washer and dryer we both use are in the walk in closet upstairs next to the room but I won’t have any of my clothes in it . My cat is the only pet and she’s not too good with other pets but lmk to discuss it might work . Utilities vary and billed every few months we can further discuss
