But usually, most day-to-day activities will consist of relaxed afternoons and quiet evenings. Hi all! I have a room available for rent in my townhome starting July 1st! I’m looking for a roommate (women only) to rent out the spare bedroom in my townhome. I am only looking for a short term lease for the room between months.You would have access to the entire townhome which is fully furnished, you’ll only have to furnish the room you will be renting out. It is a .5 townhome style condo so the bedrooms are on the upper lever. I have a full sized washer and dryer, central air and a cute little outdoor space for the summer time.
