It is moving ready fully furnished and comes with a social country club membership, A boat, marina tennis courts, golf, pool, gym, hot tub, clubhouse, and walking trails are all on the property. The tenant will have full access and full run of the house, including an extra guest bedroom and assigned parking spot in front of the home. The outdoor deck has a TV, a grill, a table, furniture, a patio heater and a view call for more information.
