Ciao a tutti, da agosto si libera un posto in camera doppia e cerchiamo il quarto coinquilino.🏠 L'appartamento si trova in via San Biagio, a due passi da Piazza dei signori e ad una buona distanza da Torre archimede, Vallisneri, DEI, fiera...La casa ha una cucina in comune, il bagno condiviso, due balconi molto ampi e un salotto, si trova al quarto piano ma è presente l'ascensore. Per quanto riguarda i vicini sono molto cordiali e non hanno mai creato problemi.💰L'affitto è di euro al mese (affitto + condominiali) e le bollette (di media sono una cinquantina di euro). Per l'ingresso ci sono le spese dell'agenzia e la caparra.👤 Siamo tre ragazzi al secondo anno di medicina/ingegneria, non abbiamo particolari richieste da parte del nuovo coinquilino a parte tenere un minimo in ordine l'appartamento.❓Per ulteriori informazioni contattatemi pure in privato.
