A refundable security deposit is required, equal to one month's rent. Rent may be negotiated. No pets allowed; there is already a 3-year-old housebroken, neutered Olde English Bulldog. He may have free range of the house at times, or he will be confined to a room as is appropriate. The house has recently been updated to include all-new painting, all-new appliances, new flooring in the kitchen, and some updated electrical work. House will be professionally cleaned at least monthly, in addition to regular daily/weekly tenant maintenance. Landscapers come every two weeks. This home is ideal for local college students, healthcare workers, or even travel nurses needing a furnished stay for a month or longer.
