The apartment is a ten minute walk to Ralph’s/Trader Joes, and an to ten minute walk to popular clubs/bars, and an eighteen to twenty two minute walk to the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. I have a super sweet bulldog. Not really looking for additional pets but a cat might be considered. The community is pretty quiet so I prefer someone that isn’t loud or a constant partier. Visitors are allowed and there’s a bunch of free parking in front of the complex. There’s a gas fireplace in the living room. I’m looking for someone that is clean, responsible, has a stable job, not terrible credit, and has good communication. One year lease required so this is not month to month.
