You want the house to be REALLY nice, clean and quiet and you don’t want to deal with drama. You want to be able to call the house your home for a while.  We have the place for you. The entire place is fully furnished: 2 giant leather sofas with recliners, person dining room table and chairs, barstools, and the kitchen is fully furnished too (pots, pans, cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, EVERYTHING…just move in). There is an enormous balcony () right off the dining room with a nice table and chairs, outdoor couch and loveseat, Bar-B-Q grill, hammock and a stunning, peaceful view. The house itself has hardwood floors with carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Your bedroom is fully furnished too: queen bed, expensive mattress, bed sheets, blankets, comforter, towels, TV, desk (work from home!) closet, and nice wall decorations. (see pictures).  You have just one bill: $ per month. This includes not just utilities, but also: washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, air-fryer and all utilities and of course high-speed internet. Plus, you have your designated parking space. If you do the math, this is a good value!! More about your new roommates: We are working professionals, so we get up and go to work in the morning. Consequently, we need it to be quiet in the evenings during the week. We are very active and spend a lot of time outside the house. I’m renting a furnished private master bedroom/bath in my home in Vista. It has a queen sized bed with a new mattress, a futon, an empty dresser, two bookcases, and a flatscreen TV. The attached private bath has a walk in shower. The rent is $ per month. All utilities, including internet, are included in the rent. A very quiet elderly couple with a small dog rent the second bedroom. I have the third bedroom. My son and I share a small dog who is often here.
