The bedroom is large, has ' ceilings, windows, a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and furniture. There is also a private full bath. You would share the kitchen, eating area, garage, laundry, a 2nd fridge, cookware, appliances, and all utilities (included in the price). This home is in a safe, and highly desirable area. I have lived here for years and in the area since . We have grocery and other stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. and are near Creve Coeur Lake and parks. We are close to the airport and to major highways. The home is in a quiet location with common ground behind. I am fairly private and self-contained but also friendly and helpful. You would need to be on my lease for 1 year, go through a background/credit check. Lease renewal each year is possible and wanted by you and I. I’m a kind, caring person. My work is helping people get along, communicate effectively, and build trust and teamwork. None of this makes me perfect but I do my best to walk my talk and I love peace and good relationships! I’m an ideal roommate if you are someone who likes to be left alone when you want to be. I'm friendly but also a bit of an introvert that often needs my own space and alone time. I'm simple in that I'm not loud and generally go to places to meet up with friends not have them over at my house. I have a few grandchildren that live locally but they rarely come over because they are half-time with their mom. I go to bed fairly early (by pm) and rise early (like 6am) and go on a morning walk, have coffee, and start my day. If you like calm, quiet and peace, with close proximity to many great things, and have access to parks, gyms, water and trails, this is the place for you!
