It’s a multi-cultural, family neighborhood. The neighborhood is very quiet, just some occasional fireworks and family parties. Neighbors are great, and watch out. Washer/dryer on . Rooms are ’ with shared bathroom. Will be looking for another roommate for second room after first is filled. Full house access.
