Spacious rooms, high ceilings, and big beautiful windows throughout provide incredible natural light. First floor common areas are all fully furnished and well-appointed and include a large foyer, a living room with a big screen TV, a dining room with a large table, a new full-size washer and dryer, a half bathroom, and an enormous and well-appointed chefs’ kitchen. All this, and a great location! Just a short walk to the metro, and of course to tons of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yoga, etc in Bloomingdale, Shaw. PLUS, the new 6+ acre Reservoir Park, with brand new rec center, is less than a block away! Rent is $ per month, plus utilities.
