Sublet / Room – Starting Sept
Hey everyone! I’m moving to SF for a few months and looking for a furnished sublet or shared flat starting around late August or early September. Ideally in a place with friendly roommates, but I’m flexible if the vibe is good!📅 Move-in: End of August / Early September📆 Length: Until Dec (possibly longer)💰 Budget: Up to $/month📍 Location: Open — ideally with good MUNI/BART access🪑 Needs: Furnished, with a desk for remote work a few days/week🤝 Preferably a shared flat — I’d love to meet new people!About me:I’m a year old post-grad, originally from Germany, and starting a secondment at a Corporate Venturing Advisory. I’m social and curious — always down for a drink, a chat, a run, or a round of chess or other games. Big fan of padel, bouldering, surfing, hiking, music, and exploring both nature and cities.I’ve lived in shared flats for nearly a decade — clean, respectful, and I come with the ability to cook lovely Austrian/German food (think Kaiserschmarrn or Schnitzel 👨🍳). I’m always happy to join for the occasional flat dinner or outing, but also totally respect solo time and boundaries. If you have a room available or know of something coming up, I’d love to hear from you. Thanks a lot and looking forward to meeting some great people in SF! 🌉

LF Room - San Francisco
I am looking to move in to a new place with a start date of, at the latest, September 1st. Currently, I can afford ~$/month for rent and utilities. I would prefer to live somewhere in the Castro, Cole Valley, Haight-Ashbury, Noe Valley, Sunset, or Richmond neighborhoods. I’m entering my 4th year of graduate school for my doctorate program in clinical psychology. I’ve finished my course work and will be spending the year completing my dissertation and applying to internships. I have some irons in the fire to start a part-time job as a psych associate doing therapy and assessment, but the details are still being sorted out. I live solely off of student loans at this time, but manage my finances well and can provide a credit report if needed during the application process. I have parents who would be willing to sign as a guarantor if needed also. Ideally, I’m looking for a month-month or 6-month lease as I will be applying to internships in the coming fall/winter both inside and outside of the Bay Area that could be starting as early as May . My hobbies include naps, reading, anime, gaming, long walks, lifting, yoga, meditating, laying in my hammock, and baking/cooking. I’m gay and want to be upfront about wanting to feel like I could bring a boyfriend over for dinner or a movie night. I’m sober, so I don't drink or engage in any drug use. Not a requirement that my roommates are too, just like them to be aware of my situation so there’s no awkward conversations later. I’m a fairly tidy person and like to keep my space organized. I can let dishes sit for a day, but am mindful of my roommates when using shared spaces and can be more strict or relaxed around tidiness, but I lean towards the cleaner side. Happy to share more about myself and situation if you have questions. I have a pretty open schedule right now as I’m looking for a new place to live, so I can usually work around your schedule to tour.

I'm years man and very clean, peaceful and introvert man and looking for a large room with private bathroom for myself only. I also need the free parking space. If I like the place, I can go for long term contract. I'm living in Mission Bay San Francisco for 4 years and due to parking issue, I need to move. I never had any eviction notice or issue with landlord and I'm ready to provide background check or any further requirements. Thank you for viewing my profile.
