My brother will be attending CSU, so I'm looking for a roommate to stay with for only about a year, during the twenty-twenty- s i x to twenty-twenty- s e v e n year (roomst HATES numbers so I need to type that out manually). I would greatly prefer to keep the apartment, as I intend to hold it down for my brother.
