Hello there. Due to a sudden work-base relocation. I am in need of a place ASAP until, I decide to move forward with a real state investment. Therefore a minimum of months rental agreement, will be ideal. I am a responsible, reliable, no smoker, clean with a kinda of healthy lifestyle (as my work schedule allows me). Approximately a year ago I adopted a dog, not knowing about this move. She's a two years old Drever super friendly, well trained and behaved with all vaccines up to date. She's ok with staying in one room when I am not home and my company is covering the cost of a Pet-care solution for the time, that I am not around. Clearly you can see that my work schedule and consecutively lifestyle is very irregular. Even though I am fully aware about it, some level of normal in/out noise at weird hours will be happening. Since I have working for the same company after more years You can rest assured that I am very conscious, considered and respectful of the home-time of others and I will need someone, that's in the same page of me on this. Even though I love cooking, I don't do it much on these days. However I will need access to a kitchen, fridge and some food storage area, while I am home.
