About me
Hello, my name is Talina. My husband Mark and I are the landlord and property manager to the Mira Mesa House. We also live on the property with our three young children. The home is large and my family (including our husky and shep mix) resides on the back half, with an enclosed bed, bath, and our own private living room. Meanwhile we rent out the three rooms in the front of the house.
All our tenants are very friendly, respectful, and have completed a full financial and criminal background check prior to moving in.
First Tenant is a male, gamer, in the navy and deploys often, lives in the master with his own private bath. His room will be available July 1st
Second Tenant is a male, is a student at SDSU to become a lawyer, spends weekends away in LA, lives in the middle room w/ shared bath. His room will be available June 1st.
Third Tenant, is female, loves to read, works full time and spends most weekends with her boyfriend and visiting with her kids. Lives in the garages room w/ shared bath w/second tenant.
