I have a second room that someone could rent. Currently this room is just storing my gym supplies, I plan to sell these anyways, and I'd remove everything in the room. I'd like to meet you for coffee first, or something similar to get to know you. We would talk to the landlords to get everything setup. The living room could be a shared space as well, I just have my gaming PC setup in there.
