This is an excellent location in a very safe neighborhood. Across the street is a rec center with tennis and Jacuzzi and multiple exercise equipment that you can become a of. We like to play pickle ball and go hiking, riding bikes, and traveling. The house is pretty much nontoxic and has excellent appliances. Almost every cooking a plants known to man. All you need to bring is your clothes. Room is furnished with organic mattress. Outside has patio table and chairs, hammock, fire, pit, and organic fruit trees. Backyard complete with an old desert. Tortoise will come up and say hi. Landlord lives on premises, but is very cool and travels. Upstairs has a family room with a large TV that you can enjoy -separate from the family room downstairs. You cannot beat this location. Close to bike trails and minutes from the beach. Or you can go down and have happy hour meals for dollars on the pier while watching surfers surf! Come, meet us, and say hi! Minutes from Costco, Trader Joe’s, pavilions, grocery store, Mission Viejo mall, and the Mission hospital. Must like friendly animals. Cats and dogs live among us :)
