The room is located in Warner Robins in the Quail Run Elementary and Thomson Middle school district, and will be available starting September /month, with all utilities and internet included. The space has a private entrance, is semi furnished with a bed and dresser, and includes a half bath (shower access is shared in the main home). Tenants will also have access to the kitchen, washer/dryer, and pool. The home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Women only; children will be considered. No smoking.
