I have a room for rent at Mountainaire apartments in Boulder Colorado. The lease goes until next August, it is a room with a window in a furnished apartment. Very nice spot and close to campus and other Boulder activities. Has a roommate, Noah, who is awesome and very easy going. Will be there until December before moving out himself. Apartment has a gym, pool, washer dryer in unit, brand new, and has a balcony and parking. I can give you more information, lease starts immediately and I am moving so I need this taken over ASAP.
